Brico Engineering has a modern, 12,000 square foot facility, with complete CAD / CAM capabilities.
We are proficient in milling, profiling, and turning alloys such as aluminum, titanium, chrome alloy steel,
stainless steel, magnesium, as well as phenolics and plastics.

We specialize in numerical control milling, with complete programming and tooling capabilities,
manufacturing complex, close tolerance machined parts up to 66 inches in length, 48 inches in
width, and as much as 16" in depth, with utilization of a fourth axis is required.

| NC Lathe Department |
 |
|
Our lathe department has complete tooling capabilities, including close tolerance turning. We are
able to machine parts up to 8 inches in diameter and 10 inches in length, depending on material and tolerance requirements.

| Assembly Department |
 |
|
Performing a broad range of assembly practices, we are able to manufacture complex assemblies,
including riveting, installation of bushings, bearings, nut plates, helicoils, keenserts, and torque testing
of assemblies, such as dampers and linkages.

| Inspection Department |

|
All machined products and assemblies produced by Brico Engineering are inspected with precision
tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gages, thread gages, intramikes, comparators, and
coordinate measuring machines with granite tables.
